Every team must submit a DPR (Daily Progress Report) at the end of every day to keep management aware of the progress made on site. This is split into hourly sections where you can input the activity or any standby time. For an example of a DPR please click here.

Every day the team leader will conduct a TBT (Toolbox Talk). This is a form within FastField which prompts the user to consider various elements of the work planned for the day. All team members are required to sign off on the TBT daily.

For works where the access method is to be a MEWP (Mobile Elevated Working Platform) a daily MEWP check is to be conducted before use and submitted weekly.  Minimum of 1 IPAF certificate holder per team.

Teams with a van are required to submit a weekly vehicle check.
