Some AccessTec clients require a log of weather downtime evidence which can be submitted through this form. Acceptable evidence includes screenshots of forecasts or lightning strikes in your area, time-stamped photographs of bad weather on site or wind speeds from anemometer or turbine.

QHSE forms (Quality Health Safety Environment forms - also known as a 'card') are to be submitted for any noteworthy instance - both positive and negative or relating to the site/turbine.

Everyone can submit one of these forms and you can choose to do so anonymously.

POWRA (Point of Work Risk Assessments) are to be completed if you encounter something unexpected in your work day which may be a hazard or causes you to change your behaviour around a task. This form helps you assess the situation and the controls you can apply to lower the risk.
