iPad and Fastfield

Every team in the field will be required to submit regular forms; some daily, some weekly, others as and when necessary. To do this AccessTec use an app called FastField which is already downloaded to the iPad supplied with the work van.

All iPads should have our usual apps downloaded already; FastField, Windy, TimeStamp Camera etc.

Fastfield is where you can find and submit all necessary on site forms. Each tablet username is it's own email address, eg. tablet.1@accesstec.co.uk. The password for Fastfield is Accesstec!

Once you have submitted a form you will need to connect to the internet so FastField can sync up and the office receives the form. This can be a little glitchy and you may have to log out and back in to get it to go through.

Daily and Weekly

These forms are the daily or weekly basic admin forms that we use on site to report on daily progress or as an aid to help plan upcoming activities.

A Fresh Start

At the beginning of the season, the start of a new site or your career with AccessTec there will be fresh things to understand and sign off on.

As Required

Forms for adapting to changing situations - from unexpected hazards to positive observations about the site. If you encounter it we want to hear about it!

Blade Reports
All work is to be reported on when completed - if there is a change of teams part-way through a blade or job please complete the report to as far as you have got with it. Some blade repair tasks have specific forms, others are more general. Once you have confirmed the correct report format please look through it and familiarise yourself with the required photos for different stages of the repair. For all reports always record the turbine and blade serial numbers.
