UP-TOWER REPAIRS
Erosion, lightning strikes, and latent defects will lead to lost AEP. We have the knowledge and experience to deal with any blade damages, minor or major.
GROUND REPAIR
Severe damages may require a repair on the ground. We have experience dealing with critical damages and can design the repair, build a protective habitat, and restore some of the worst blade damages.
INTERNAL WORK
Internal features and lightning protection systems (LPS) may also need inspection or repair. We can safely execute repairs to these hidden structural elements.
UPGRADES
Now is always a good time to invest in your wind turbine fleet. We can work with you to install protection hardware, which reduces ongoing maintenance and gives reliable energy production, or if you want to increase AEP, an aerodynamic upgrade campaign will pay dividends.
AERO-UPGRADE
If you are looking to improve AEP or reduce noise emissions, modifying the aerodynamic profile of your blades will give proven results. Various components–such as vortex generators–are available that can tune airflow, and we can accurately install these parts to match specifications.
LEADING EDGE PROTECTION (LEP)
All blades suffer in-service erosion of the leading edge and there are many protection solutions available. We can work with you to select the best fit for your project and install to specification. A durable LEP will maintain blade geometry and give years of reliable production, all while reducing the need for costly ongoing repairs.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM (LPS)
Lightning damages can range from innocuous to disastrous. Using industry-specific testing equipment we can evaluate the system, and we have the experience to generate a tailored repair procedure from results.
WIND TURBINE SAFETY RULES (WTSRs)
We have experience working under our own, or client WTSRs on a large variety of turbine makes and models – providing limited Authorised/Competent Technicians to isolate turbines and implement a Safe System of Work.
