Codes and Access
The majority of AccessTec logins and codes are universal, giving you a good starting point once you've familiarised yourself with a few. This should equip you with everything you need to get started quickly!
iPad
Every team in the field will be required to submit regular forms; some daily, others weekly and others as and when necessary. To do this AccessTec supply an iPad for every team. All AccessTec tablets are assigned a number, when onshore this should match the number of the work van assigned to the job. Teams will be provided with internet access wherever possible to submit forms and reports.
Lockboxes
With teams changing shifts, or starting on new sites, there's a high chance you will be asked to collect keys for a van or an office from a lockbox in a secure location. The code we use for our lockboxes is 1612. Please do not ever re-set this without approval from the office. If you're leaving vehicle keys in a lockbox please lock it to a secure point on the body of the van.
iPad code
The passcode for all tablets is: 161219
Email Address
Every iPad has an email address which will relate to it’s own number. For example: tablet.x@accesstec.co.uk, where x is the assigned tablet number.
Fastfield
For Fastfield, and the majority of password protected apps, the password is AccessTec!
Lockboxes
The code we use for our lockboxes is 1612.
